Privacy policy

This policy explains what Kelvin Mechanical Group LLC collects when you use this website or submit a service request, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Last updated September 11, 2026

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the service request form we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, property city and state, the service you selected, the urgency you selected, the size of your portfolio, and anything you type into the notes field.

Information collected automatically. Our servers record the page you submitted from, the referring website, your browser user agent string, and advertising parameters present in the link you arrived on, such as a Google click identifier and UTM campaign values. We use these to understand which advertising produces real service requests.

Information from advertising and analytics tools. When enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking place cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. See our cookie policy for details and for how to refuse them.

How we use the information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your service request, quote work and schedule a visit;
  • pass the details necessary to perform the work to the licensed mechanical contractor assigned to your location;
  • maintain service history, equipment records, quotes and invoices for your sites;
  • meet legal, tax, insurance and safety record keeping obligations;
  • measure advertising performance and improve this website.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross context behavioural advertising.

Calls, texts and consent

By submitting the form and ticking the consent box you agree that Kelvin Mechanical and the service contractor assigned to your request may contact you by phone call, text message and email about that request, including through an automated telephone dialing system or prerecorded message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, telling the caller, or emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing consent does not stop transactional messages about work already in progress.

Who we share information with

We share what is needed, with: the licensed mechanical contractor assigned to your location; service providers that host this website, store our records and send our notifications; and professional advisers, insurers or authorities where the law requires it. Contractors and service providers may use the information only to perform their work for us.

How long we keep it

Service requests that do not become work are kept for up to 24 months so we can measure advertising and answer follow up questions. Records connected to performed work, quotes and invoices are kept for the period required by tax, warranty, insurance and contract limitation rules in the relevant state, and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how it is used, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state statute.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Request. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time your state law allows. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority.

Security

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access controlled infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to the people who need it to do the work.

Children

This is a business to business service. The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
