Who actually shows up
A mechanical contractor licensed in your state, holding general liability and workers compensation coverage. You get the company name before the visit, not after it.
How it works
The same sequence runs on a scheduled maintenance visit and on a compressor failure at midnight. The only thing that changes is how fast it runs.
Two minutes on the form or one call. Address, equipment if you know it, and what the building is doing wrong.
Before anyone is dispatched you have the diagnostic fee, the arrival window and the name of the contractor assigned.
The technician diagnoses on site and sends you the cause, the photographs and a fixed repair price for approval.
The repair is completed after your approval, and the report is filed against the site so the history follows the building.

We do not start billable work without written approval, we do not add a trip charge on top of a quoted diagnostic, and we do not mark up parts. If any of those appear on an invoice, it is our error and we correct it.
Site access details, a contact who can approve a price, and roof or plant room access arrangements. That is the whole list.
A technician lists what is installed, records its condition, and returns a scope with a price. You decide what happens next.
Flat rate diagnostic fee quoted before dispatch, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
