About

A service desk, not another truck on the road

Kelvin Mechanical exists because the hard part of commercial HVAC is rarely the wrench work. It is the coordination: who is licensed here, who answers at midnight, what was done last time, and why the invoice looks like that.

How the company is put together

The contractor network

Independent mechanical contractors, each licensed and insured in the states they work in. They are vetted on licence status, insurance limits, commercial experience and response capability before a site is assigned to them.

The account desk

Scope, scheduling, escalation, reporting and billing sit with us. One named contact owns your account, so the portfolio does not have to be re explained on every call.

The record

Equipment lists, visit reports, photographs and quotes are stored against the site rather than against a technician. When people change on either side, the building history stays intact.

What we are not

We are not a lead marketplace that sells your details to three contractors and steps away. The contract is with us, the scope is ours, and if a crew performs badly that is our problem to fix, not yours to renegotiate.

We are also not the cheapest possible invoice on a single emergency call. A one truck local shop with no overhead can undercut a first visit. What we compete on is the second year: fewer failures, fewer surprise line items, and a record that lets you plan capital instead of reacting to it.

Talk to the desk

Ask what we would actually do with your building before deciding whether the model fits you.
